Thursday was my birthday and I was so lucky to receive a package from my dear friend Renee...little did I know I'd be getting the biggest surprise that she and Derek are preggers :) Needless to say I'm super excited that their family is expanding and loved seeing how big Ezra is getting.  
I gotta say that as much as I love technology I also hate it.  I've been computerless for about 3 months...of course I have access to one at work but it doesn't allow one to us LJ which is the only way I get to keep in touch with my Minnesotan friends and that SUCKS too.  I wish we could remove all those useless states between us because I'd love to hang out with you all more often, can you believe it's been almost a year since I was back there?  Poopy!
December is always a busy month as it's the end of the year and the holiday and I became an auntie again..Dillon Gage joined the family on 12.12.07 and I'm totally in love with him but Caleb will always hold an extra special place in my heart.  
I vowed to be better in touch with friends this year and already I missed Renee's birthday.  I think I need a personal assistant but aren't those for rich and famous people which I am neither so maybe I just need to be more organized.  
Getting ready to do my taxes...gotta love the government.  When I got my W-2 I was impressed with how much money I made last year yet I have nothing to show for it- how does that happen.  
Anyway...I'm just rambling.  Hope to hear from some of my long lost friends soon.

So are you all mad at me for not posting on here like forever?  Please don't be mad.

It's been hit and miss with my computer at home and I've been too lazy to buy a new one even though I've been talking about it for months (Renee can vouch for that).

I think I've finally gotten all the kinks worked out of my existing computer so at least I can do LJ and connect with you all.

Nothing much is new in my life........................do you ever have those days when you feel like you do the same thing over and over again?  That's what life pretty much feels like right now.  

I'm looking to transfer jobs but have to wait for the new facility to open up since there is pretty much nothing else within the hospital at this time.

I am looking forward to tv this week, yes I'm a tv junkie.  I am so excited that we won't  have repeats for  awhile and that all my fave shows are back.

I attend a monthly scrapbook get together and yesterday was also our ladies night out.  We ended up going to Claim Jumpers and gouring ourselves on their totally scrumptous food then stuffed ourselves with their chocolate chip calzone.............I wanted to puke.  Thank god I wasn't drinking alcohol or I might have.

Think that's enough of a rant for now.  Time to catch up on laundry and paying bills- got

Bet you thought you'd never see or hear from me again.  HA!  I finally got the internet hooked up on my computer at home so we can keep in better touch now.  
I miss you all tremedously.  There I got that out of the way.  Nothing new and exciting in my life- just the same old same old.

As I'm sure that some of you know by now that I'm the friend from Seattle who got Renee drunk :)  I've got to say that Rudytini is probably my new favorite beverage. 
Unfortunately it took Jack's passing to get me back to Minnesota but I've had an absolutely wonderful weekend.....short but worth it since I got to spend some quality time with all my good friends.  Thanks for being always being there despite our 1500 mile difference, okay that's enough warm fuzzies for one post.
Today's the end of my vacation, going to hang out with Maggie, Renee, and Derek until my flight leaves for Seattle.  At least the weather is nearly 50 there so that I'm looking forward to.  Saddened to leave WBL since this is one of my fave places to hang out.
